All pricing for reNEW 2026 is inclusive of program, lodging, and meals. Commuter pricing is inclusive of program and all meals.
Make sure to register early to take advantage of the best rates! Early registration ensures the lowest cost and best room availability.
Prices quoted below will increase on April 1, 2026. You can also register with a $250 deposit until April 1, 2026. After that date, all registrations must be paid in full.
If you register with a deposit, final payment will be taken on August 1, 2026 using the credit card with which you registered. No additional action is required—you’ll receive a reminder before the final charge

Deposits can be refunded until March 15, 2026. After that date, refund requests are on a case-by-case basis according to each extenuating circumstance. Email info@renewwriting.com explaining the
cirumstance and requesting a refund.

The rooms at Wisdom House are spacious, clean, and simple. Rooms labeled “Hall” include use of a bathroom shared with other attendees. However, Wisdom House has numerous bathrooms. Each bathroom is shared by a small cluster of rooms. Shared bathrooms are conveniently located near each room cluster and kept well stocked.
Rooms with en-suites are limited and can only be booked Thursday – Sunday. There is NO Friday – Sunday option for ensuite rooms. If you prefer a private bathroom, book early, as ensuite rooms fill quickly.
Most rooms include a full bed and twin bed. Please bear this in mind if you are booking to share with another attendee.
Registrations are non-transferable. PRICES SHOWN DO NOT INCLUDE CREDIT CARD FEES. These are added at registration checkout.
If you want to book for your non-participating spouse, please email the reNEW Registrar at registrar@renewwriting.com. Space for spouses is limited, so please inquire early. Non-participating spouse includes lodging and meals. Spouses will stay with you and share meals but will not attend breakout sessions. Spouses may attend evening plenary sessions and Sunday morning plenary session.
