All pricing below is inclusive of program, lodging, and meals. Commuter pricing is inclusive of program and all meals. Non-participating spouse includes lodging and meals. Spouses may attend evening plenary sessions and Sunday morning plenary session with communion.

Regular
After October 31, 2024, the price increases by $50. You can still register with a deposit. The remaining balance will be taken on January 15, 2025.
EARLY BIRD
Save $50 by registering before October 31, 2024. You can register with a $100 deposit. The remaining balance will be taken on January 15, 2025.
Late
Starting January 15, 2025, the price increases by an additional $50 on Regular Registration. Full payment is required; no deposits will be accepted.

For attendees flying into the retreat, we provide a shuttle service from Albany airport on Thursday and returning to Albany airport on Sunday at a reasonable price. Shuttle pricing and timing will be coming later in the year. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please inquire at info@renewwriting.com for details before booking your flight.
